Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase in the following cases:

• Item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
• Item does not match the description

How to request a return: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your email] with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Refunds: Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. In most cases, you won't need to send the item back.

We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to misuse.
